- Account information. Name, email, company, role, and any details you give us when you sign up, request a proposal, or contact us.
- Campaign information. Source footage, brand assets, briefs, and creative direction you share for clipping.
- Billing information. Billing contact and payment details. Card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. Pages viewed, links clicked, dashboard interactions, IP address, device, and browser.
- Cookies. Small data files stored in your browser. See Section 5.
2.3 Information from Platforms
When you authorize VERGE to manage social accounts on your behalf, we collect public metrics and engagement data from those platforms (such as view counts and watch time) to power your dashboard and reporting.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, run your campaigns, generate reports, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, payments, analytics, support, communications), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Social platforms as needed to post and report on your campaigns.
- Legal and safety, when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
